2257 Compliance Policy for Jadao Entertainment Company

Introduction: Jadao Entertainment Company is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the record-keeping requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. This policy outlines our procedures for maintaining records related to the production of sexually explicit content.

Applicability: This policy applies to all producers, secondary producers, and other entities involved in the creation, distribution, or management of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Record-Keeping Requirements:

1. Models’ Information:

   • We maintain records of the legal name and date of birth of each performer.

   • Any other names used by the performer are also documented.

   • A copy of government-issued photo identification for each performer is kept on file.

2. Depiction Details:

   • We retain a copy of the actual depiction (video, image, etc.).

   • The date of original production is recorded.

   • If the depiction is published online, we keep a record of the associated URL.

3. Indexing and Cross-Referencing:

   • Records are indexed by performer name and cross-referenced with other names used.

   • Title or identification numbers of the relevant content are linked to the records.

4. Affixing Statements:

   • A statement indicating the location of the records is affixed to every copy of the applicable depictions.

   • For online publishers, this statement appears on each webpage containing such depictions.

5. Retention Period:

   • We retain copies of these records for seven years.

   • Records are maintained for five years after the producer ceases business operations.

6. Inspection and Access:

   • Attorneys General or their agents may inspect our records during regular business hours.

   • Alternatively, we may keep records with a third-party custodian accessible for inspection.

   • No advanced notice or suspicion is required for inspection.

Penalties for Non-Compliance: Failure to create or maintain records, knowingly selling or transferring sexually explicit material without proper statements, or refusing inspection can result in criminal penalties under 18 U.S.C. § 22571.
